Acacia Hill Strategies is led by Narda M. Jones, a nationally recognized technology and public policy leader with more than twenty years of experience shaping federal strategy at the highest levels of government.

Before founding Acacia Hill Strategies, Narda served as Chief of Staff to the Chair of the Federal Communications Commission, where she helped guide agency-wide initiatives on broadband deployment and affordability, spectrum policy, and network security. Her leadership played a central role in advancing policies designed to expand access, strengthen infrastructure, and support a more resilient communications ecosystem.

Earlier in her career, Narda held senior positions in the United States Senate, serving as Senior Technology Policy Counsel on the Commerce Committee, and at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she led legislative affairs and helped advance major federal initiatives in technology, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, and innovation.

Across roles and administrations, she has built a reputation for translating complex policy into actionable strategy and for bridging policy, politics, and technology to deliver effective results.
